The Asbestos Group conducts asbestos surveys, management planning, and removal work across the entire UK. With multiple surveyor teams operating simultaneously, route planning was done manually every morning. Jobs were scheduled without considering optimal routes, meaning teams were spending unnecessary time in transit between sites.
On the business development side, finding new clients was largely reactive — relying on word of mouth and inbound enquiries. There was no systematic way to identify and reach businesses that legally need asbestos management services.

AI analyses job locations, team positions, and travel times to create optimal daily routes for every surveyor team. Jobs are sequenced to minimise driving time and maximise time on site.
Daily Schedule Optimisation
Each morning, the route planner generates optimised schedules taking into account job duration, location clusters, and team availability. The office team no longer spends hours building schedules manually.
Waste Weight Calculator
On-site tool for surveyors to quickly estimate asbestos waste weights during surveys. Speeds up reporting and feeds directly into job documentation.
