Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the JWHive website and our AI automation services. Last updated: March 2026.

1. About these terms

These terms of service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and JWHive Ltd (“JWHive”, “we”, “us”). By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Our services

JWHive provides AI agent deployment and management services for businesses. This includes AI agent design, development, deployment on client hardware, integration with third-party tools, ongoing management, optimisation, and reporting. The specific services provided to each client are defined in individual service agreements.

3. Free AI audit

Our free AI audit tool analyses publicly available information from your website to generate an automated report. The results are indicative and should not be relied upon as professional advice. The audit is provided free of charge with no obligation to purchase our services.

4. Service agreements

Paid services are governed by individual service agreements that specify the scope of work, pricing, payment terms, and service levels. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a service agreement, the service agreement takes precedence.

5. Payment terms

Monthly service fees are invoiced in advance and payable within 14 days of invoice date. Late payments may incur interest at 4% above the Bank of England base rate. We reserve the right to suspend services if payment is more than 30 days overdue.

6. Cancellation

Either party may cancel a service agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon cancellation, we will provide a full export of your data and configuration. Any hardware purchased as part of your plan remains your property. Fees paid in advance for the current billing period are non-refundable.

7. Intellectual property

Content, workflows, and configurations created specifically for your business belong to you. Our underlying platform, tools, frameworks, and proprietary methodologies remain the intellectual property of JWHive Ltd. You may not reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute our platform or tools.

8. Data and privacy

Our handling of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. For client data processed through our AI agents, we act as a data processor on your behalf under the terms of a separate data processing agreement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JWHive's total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, loss of profits, or loss of data except where caused by our gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

10. Disclaimers

AI outputs are generated by automated systems and may contain errors. While we implement quality controls and human oversight, we do not guarantee that all AI-generated content, analysis, or recommendations will be accurate. Clients should review AI outputs before relying on them for business decisions.

11. Website use

You may use our website for its intended purpose. You may not: attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, use automated tools to scrape or extract data from our website, or use our website for any unlawful purpose.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
